No, the minimum fee is $150 for consultations, lasting no more than 30 minutes.
What documents do you want me to bring to the initial assessment/paid consultation?
Unless specifically required by the attorney, there is no specific list for documents you need to bring to our office. However, we recommend you bring documents related to your cases, such as letters/decisions issued by a government agency, hearing notices from the court, or any materials you believe will be useful for the attorney's reference. Please note if you have lengthy documents that need to be reviewed by the attorney, additional fees may apply.
I had a paid consultation with the attorney previously, and I forget to ask a question. Can I ask the attorney a quick question?
Unless specifically waived, you will need to pay for a second consultation.
I already consulted with the attorney, and I plan to sign up. However, I have a few more follow-up questions before doing so. How do I proceed?
We can schedule a second consultation for you. This consultation will be a paid consultation. The paid consultation is $150 for consultations, lasting no more than 30 minutes. If, at the end of the consultation, you decide to sign up, your consultation fee may be waived.

How long have you been in business?
The founder of our firm, Sabrina Li, Esq, immediately started working in the legal field after graduating from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law in 2010.
Do I need to come into your office to receive legal services?
No. While we provide traditional on-premise services at our Los Angeles Office, we also deliver the same qualify service by adopting cloud-based case management software that supports secure online collaboration on cases and documents. We provide consultations, communications and other services via teleconference, email, phone calls, messaging mobile apps, etc.
What type of cases do you handle?

I do not have a lot money right now. Can I pay installments?
Yes, we provide payment plans to our clients; please discuss this during your consultation with the attorney.
I do not have time during your normal office hours. Can I request to meet with you during the weekend?
You may call us to make a specific inquiry. We will try to accommodate it. However, it will be at the attorney’s discretion if an appointment during the weekend is available. Unless specifically waived, an additional fee may apply if our employees are required by the client to work overtime during the weekend.

While cases represented by us has a very high approval rate, it is hard to predict the outcome of your case without all the required info. We encourage you to book a consultation with us to speak to the attorney directly about your concerns. A more accurate estimate can be provided to you after your consultation.
Can you guarantee the result my case?
It is against an attorney’s rules of professional conduct to guarantee the outcome of your case. Also, legal matters are unpredictable by nature–even the simplest cases have unknown and unpredictable elements. However, our clients should rest assured that the attorney will give 200% effort and apply every bit of knowledge, education and experience towards the client’s benefit.
How long will it take for me to get the result on my case?
Every case is different depending on the facts, applicable law, and jurisdiction. Please discuss with our attorney about the specifics.
I live in a different state than California. Can I still retain your firm for my case?
Our attorneys are licensed in California and New York. For immigration cases, we can represent you no matter where you live. For other types of cases, we can only represent cases in the states where we are licensed.
Who will have access to the information and documents provided?
As a professional law firm, we understand and value confidentiality. Our attorneys and paralegals who work on your case will have access. Under certain circumstances, we might need to share your case information with third parties, including but not limited to psychologists, translator, and expert witnesses. However, we will not release your information to a third party without your prior consent.
What do I do when I have a question about my case?
